Dedication, expertise and partnership

Welcome to SEND Assist, where trust, experience, and a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disability law comes together. We're here to equip parent carers, offering tailored advice and support, to navigate every step of the SEND landscape.

We work together with you to find solutions and secure the best outcomes.

A personal mission, a professional commitment

SEND Assist was founded by Victoria, driven by over 30 years of experience in social care, education, and health services.

"My experience is not just professional; as the parent of a child with complex needs, I intimately understand the challenges of navigating the SEND system. I have spent my career dedicated to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families particularly those with SEND."

This blend of professional expertise and lived experience forms the heart of SEND Assist.

Expert guidance, truly empowering parents

What sets SEND Assist apart is our unparalleled commitment to working in partnership through solution-focused planning, grounded in both professional practice and personal understanding.

Victoria's recent role as a Service Manager specialising in SEND advocacy and support deepened her insight into the hurdles families face. Coupled with a strong knowledge base and training in SEND law – honed through lived experience and professional practice, including successfully completing all three levels of IPSEA legal training – she offers advocacy and accurate, informed advice specific to your situation.

As a member of Education Law Associates, Victoria keeps up with the latest in education law and practices. She uses  networkimg in the legal field to understand the important changes and challenges in education law. This helps ensure SEND Assist remains up to date and current in the information, advice and support offered.

SEND Assist doesn't just provide advice; we equip you with the tools and understanding to build confidence and self advocacy.
